What started as a dated Toll Brothers bathroom with a failed steam shower became the clients’ first large-scale renovation and an opportunity to create a true retreat. With two toddlers at home, they needed durability and function, but also wanted an elevated, uniquely “them” aesthetic that stayed neutral and supportive of resale value.
